Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
